Shipping & Returns
We aim to ship orders within 7 days, depending on the volume of orders. Orders shipping outside the EU may be subject to import fees on delivery. Orders ship from the UK.
We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes.
FOR DELIVERIES WITHIN THE UK:
If the order is placed 1st class on a working day (Mon-Fri), it will be dispatched that day scheduled to arrive the next working day.
If the order is placed 2nd class on a working day (Mon- Fri), it will be dispatched that day to arrive within the next 2-5 working days.
If you wish to arrange shipment outside of the UK please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be able to provide you with a specific quote and more delivery information.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any product that has been customised as per request at order, unfortunately cannot be refunded or returned, (unless there is a fault with the manufacturing). This is communicated at point of purchase.
You need to inform us on your intent and reason to return a product before doing so.
Please note that we are not able to refund shipping costs. All costs associated with returning products are your responsibility. If your products are post stamped outside the 30 day return window, we reserve the right to offer you store credit.
GENERIC REFUND POLICY
We accept refunds and exchanges.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Unit 4.6 Paintworks, Bath Rd, Bristol, BS4 3EH.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, except for faults with the manufacturing, the cost of return shipping will be charged. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
